If you have questions or are unsure which resource is the right fit for you, please feel free to reach out to any of the available resources, as all organizations can assist you with your search for support.

Who We Are

We are five students from the Department of Counselling Psychology, Yorkville University. We created this website for PSYC 6104: A Biopsychosocial Approach to Counselling. Our Professor is Dr. Traci Lowenthal. Special thank you to Tyner's fiance, Miguel Menegotti, who helped create the website.


Tyner Bouteiller

Team leader and website designer. She created the Child Services section and helped with Essential Services (24 resources). She also helped find a few resources for every other section as well.


Taylor Prakken

Co-leader and website blurb writer. She created the Substance Use Services section and the Essential Services section (23 resources). She also found a large number of resources for all the sections.


Tayler Milbury

Resource gatherer. She completed the sections on Anxiety, Mood Disorders, and Hospitalization/Residential programs (32 resources).



Stacy Olieux

Resource gatherer. She completed the sections on Suicide/Homicide and Domestic Violence (30 resources).



Mycha Haughton-Lewis
