This service is designed for people who are having trouble functioning in their daily lives due to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder. They use evidence-based treatment and a small group format. The approach for depression treatment is CBT, DBT, one-on one psychotherapy treatment, mindfulness and more. Fees vary, however, you can explore your options through medicard, which has simple and flexible financing.

This resource provides support through treatment and assessment to allow individuals to make effective changes in their lives. It uses CBT, DBT, and solution-based therapy. It also provides psychological assessment to help the clients best. 85% percent of fees are covered through insurance (does not matter which one). Payments are made at the end of each session. Receipts will be given upon payment, which can be used for reimbursement with your extended health plan and/or on your income tax. No referral is needed and consultation is free.

There are online programs that help a variety of people. No medical doctor form is needed. Peer support groups, no registration is required. Some of the programs that they have such as the youth and adult one, you have to be a certain age.
