This service provides care for seniors at home, there are patient assistance programs and government healthcare services. There is a dementia care service and the workers go to their homes. The program is personalized so each person’s needs are met. Rates differ based on the type of care you want because they are personalized. However, there is a free consultation.

Cedarhurst Dementia Care Home

This service is a small care home for individuals who suffer from mild to moderate dementia. They have a max capacity of 26. They are provided with a kitchen, PSW is with them at all times. They also engage in activities with the clients and meet the needs of the residents. This care center strives to make a routine with them by putting them into small groups so that they are taken care of. Their needs will be met because each staff member is a dementia specialist. There is a monthly fee and the service includes meals and snacks, private suite and shower, shower, dressing, personal hygiene care, laundry, group exercise and free making for visitors. All of this costs $8,175 per month. There is no referral necessary. Each resident must be ambulatory, even if a cane or walker is required
Resident must be able to generally communicate his or her needs whether its verbal or nonverbal

The Briton House

This service is reserved for memory-impaired residents. It is secure. All memory-impaired residents are members of the Britonian Club. The Britonian Club is a life-skills structured activities program that runs daily. The intention of promoting increased self-confidence and self-awareness through improved social and cognitive skills. Services on the memory-impaired floor include an RN on site 24 hours, help with getting dressed the resident, doing laundry, seeing a physician, etc. It costs $6, 545 for dementia and memory care. A referral from a doctor is not necessary. Family members can contact the service for sign-up. Additional services are available on a fee-for-service basis such as hairdressing; guest meals in the main dining room; dry cleaning services; toiletries (ordered and delivered); and escorts to the main dining room, entertainment, appointments, and hearing aid clinics.

This service provides personal and custom care. Professional health care and wellness team are available 24/7. Individualized and small group programs are led by their lifestyles team. This is a nurse on-call and laundry services.
This service starts at $3,650 (can be extra if you do services such as feeding or incontinence care). Dementia and memory care costs $5,500. A referral from a doctor needs to be completed.

They also provide assisted living, which includes nightly checks, private dining options and nursing presence, specialized activities. It costs $5,700 for assisted living, $124 for guest stays, $169 for respite care, and $6,600 for dementia and memory care. A referral is needed from a family doctor and after getting a chest x-ray and TB test.

There is also access to campus amenities, a harmony wellness program included in the memory care department, 2-3 meals provided per day, weekly housekeeping, medical administration, and specialized care. The fees for this service come to $6,495. A referral is necessary from a family doctor.
